Shipping and delivery
We ship from Canada and use common national couriers. Typical domestic delivery times are approximately 3–7 business days and to the U.S. about 5–10 business days after processing. Processing can take 1–3 business days. In some cases we may need additional time to roast coffee or prepare a special item; we will advise where relevant. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we state otherwise.
Returns and refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please consult our Refund & Returns Policy page for eligibility, timeframes and steps. Returns are accepted at our discretion and are subject to the conditions set out there. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds, when issued, are processed within seven business days from receipt of the returned item.
Damaged or missing items
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us immediately with photos and a description so we can advise next steps. For missing items, check delivery locations and then contact us for help. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee courier investigations or outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, roguewavecoffee Store is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of products or from delays in shipping. Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
